JAZZ™ Apple & Bacon Marmalade
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup bacon, diced
- 1/2 onion, small diced
- 3 JAZZ™ apples, peeled and small diced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
METHOD
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat
- Add bacon and allow to render until golden brown
- Add diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add diced apples and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add vinegar and sugar and simmer on med-low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Eat immediately or spread evenly on a tray and allow to cool
