Terms and Conditions

TOUR GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By clicking “Agree and Continue” below, you understand and acknowledge that:

  1. You accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf, and on behalf of any other individual named in your booking;
  2. You confirm that you, and any other individual named in your booking, possess a minimum level of fitness required to participate in the Tour, and that you will notify Montague of any pre-existing medical conditions which might affect your participation in the Tour;
  3. When attending the Tour, you will:
    • follow all directions and instructions given by the Tour Guide or any of Montague’s representatives;
    • remain with the Tour Guide at all times;
    • wear the appropriate safety gear or personal protective equipment provided by Montague;
  4. Montague reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel or terminate the Tour, or to refuse entry to or remove any participants from the Tour or Montague’s premises;
  5. Montague is a working operational facility, and Montague makes no representations or guarantees that any particular operation, machine, process or procedure will be accessible, running or observable during the Tour;
  6. Montague, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to participation in the Tour or attendance at Montague’s premises, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law); and
  7. To the extent allowed by law, you will indemnify and will keep Montague harmless from all claims, demands, expenses and causes of action which you or any individual named in your booking may have in relation to participating in the Tour or attending Montague’s premises.
  8. Montague reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings do to sudden changes, including restrictions enforced due to COVID-19. We will make every effort to reschedule your booking to a time convenient to you and other members of your booking.
