About
Australian grown Smitten® are a blend between Royal Gala, Braeburn, Falstaff and Fiesta varieties. These red and sometimes stripy apples deliver just one simple promise: a sweet, juicy and full-flavour apple.
Flavour
Its flavour is sweet with a touch of tang to keep you interested.
Texture
A great, sweet, crisp apple for snacks and smoothies. Plus, an ideal variety to bake with as Smitten® retains its shape- include in cakes and recipes to really impress!
Seasonality
Smitten® is one of the first apples to be hand-picked from our orchards and our growing partners. Smitten® is available for you to enjoy during its short season from mid February to late April however this varies each year depending on the weather.
Growers
This juicy, red apple thrives in all of our apple growing regions in Australia, including Stanthorpe (QLD) Gippsland and Yarra Valley (VIC), Huon Valley (TAS).
