Unlike any of the apple orchards in Victoria, the Orchard at Montague provides a full day of fun with family and friends just 35 kilometers from Melbourne. The Orchard features Stella’s Kitchen, a 120 seat café where you can dine in or take away, a pick your own orchard, as well as a store where you can taste and shop seasonal fresh produce and locally sourced artisan products at Bill’s Orchard Gate.
All located right next door to the 220 hectare Lysterfield Park which offers a range recreational activities from mountain bike trails, sailing and canoeing, bushwalking and see some of Australia’s native wildlife including Kangaroos and birds.

Bill’s Orchard Gate
Bill’s Orchard Gate is named after Bill Montague who started our family owned business when he planted the first apple trees on the Narre Warren North Orchard three generations ago.
Growing over the years to become one of Australia's largest fruit growers, we have learned a thing or two over that time.
The Little Orchard
The Little Orchard has more than 2,000 trees of new and traditional varieties of apples and stone fruit where you can come and pick your own fruit.
Experience and learn first-hand how Australian horticultural products are grown. Our experienced team will be available to teach you how to pick the ripest fruit as well as explain the taste profiles of our different varieties.
Stella’s Kitchen is named after family matriarch Stella Montague, who passionately cared for her family while they worked on the Orchard at Narre Warren North.
Located right next to Lysterfield National park, the café offers a new destination with close access to the scenic national park and the beautiful landscape of our Orchard.
The Bike Shed
