JAZZ™ Apple & Citrus Bourbon Nightcap

Makes: 2 cocktails
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup diced JAZZ™ apple
- 3 strips orange peel
- 2 strips lemon peel
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 3 tbsp simple syrup
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp apple juice
METHOD
- In an airtight container, add bourbon, JAZZ™ apples, lemon peel, and orange peel
- Allow to steep for 24 hours
- Strain bourbon from apple and citrus peels into a cocktail shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and a handful of ice
- Shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice and garnish with a sliced JAZZ™ apple!
