INGREDIENTS
- 4 large CROC EGGS™ plums (stone removed and cut into ¼’s – place in a plastic bag and freeze for 2 hours minimum)
- 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 600 ml almond milk (2⅔ cups) (or preferred milk)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
METHOD
- Place the frozen CROC EGGS™ plums into a vitamizer, along with the other ingredients and blend until all combined and creamy.
- Pour equally into 4 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
