Grilled nectarines with passionfruit swirl yogurt

INGREDIENTS

  • Grilled nectarines
  • 8 medium (1.3kg) nectarines, halved, seeded
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Passionfruit swirl yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon grand marnier or orange juice
  • 1 cup (280g) natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon icing sugar mixture
  • 2 tablespoon passionfruit pulp

METHOD

  • Place the nectarines, cut side up, on a baking tray or dish. Sprinkle the nectarine halves with sugar and liqueur (optional). Grill nectarines until browned.
  • Combine yogurt and sugar in a medium bowl, spoon into serving bowl, swirl with passionfruit pulp. Serve nectarines with passionfruit yogurt.
