Grilled nectarines with passionfruit swirl yogurt
INGREDIENTS
- Grilled nectarines
- 8 medium (1.3kg) nectarines, halved, seeded
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- Passionfruit swirl yogurt
- 1 tablespoon grand marnier or orange juice
- 1 cup (280g) natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon icing sugar mixture
- 2 tablespoon passionfruit pulp
METHOD
- Place the nectarines, cut side up, on a baking tray or dish. Sprinkle the nectarine halves with sugar and liqueur (optional). Grill nectarines until browned.
- Combine yogurt and sugar in a medium bowl, spoon into serving bowl, swirl with passionfruit pulp. Serve nectarines with passionfruit yogurt.
