INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml red wine (1 bottle)
- 500 ml ginger ale (2 cups)
- 1 kg plums sliced
- 40 g ginger peeled and sliced
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- orange, lime, or fruit of your choice to garnish
- ice
METHOD
- Combine ingredients in a large jug and top with plenty of ice just before serving. So easy, so refreshing!
