INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 Smitten Apples thinly sliced
- 1 loaf white sourdough bread
- 300 g ricotta
- 4 tbsp pepitas
- 2-3 tbsp honey to serve
METHOD
- Assemble toast on a plate, spreading a layer of the ricotta over. Add slices of apple, sprinkle with peptitas and dizzle with honey to serve
