Mini Chocolate JAZZ™ Apple Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- Dry
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Wet
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- Stir in
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup diced JAZZ™ apple
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Whisk together all dry ingredients
- Whisk together all wet ingredients
- Fold in wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well incorporated
- Stir in chocolate chips and diced apples
- Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray (if not a non-stick pan) or line with liners
- Fill muffin tin ¾ of the way and bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out smooth (if doing regular sized muffins, bake 16-20 minutes)
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the pan
