JAZZ™ apple, peanut butter and raisin granola


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 large JAZZ™ apple diced (skin on)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup raisins


  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
  • In a small sauce pot, combine melted coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Warm and whisk together until well combined
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for oats and raisins, stir to combine
  • Fold in the oats and continue to stir until well coated
  • Spread mixture evenly onto 2 baking pans lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes or until dark golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes
  • Let cool completely then toss with raisins
  • Store in an airtight container or sandwich bag. Freeze if would like to save the mixture for longer
