JAZZ™ Apple Dessert Platter

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 JAZZ™ apples
  • 24 pink & white marshmallows
  • 24 red & green grapes
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Lemon & honey yoghurt dip
  • 1 cup Greek style natural or vanilla yoghurt
  • Zest of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Crushed toasted nuts, freeze-dried berries or Hundreds & Thousands to garnish

METHOD

  • Cut the apples into even sized dice, or using cookie cutters make apple pieces into cute shapes.
  • Remove the grapes from the stems.
  • Halve the marshmallows.
  • Layer the skewers starting and finishing with the apple cubes.
  • Combine the yoghurt, zest of lemon and maple syrup and spoon into a serving bowl.
  • Top the dip with the berries or sprinkle with Hundreds & Thousands.
  • Arrange the skewers on a platter with the dip.
