JAZZ™ Apple & Citrus Bourbon Nightcap

    Makes: 2 cocktails


  • 1/4 cup diced JAZZ™ apple
  • 3 strips orange peel
  • 2 strips lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 3 tbsp simple syrup
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp apple juice


  • In an airtight container, add bourbon, JAZZ™ apples, lemon peel, and orange peel
  • Allow to steep for 24 hours
  • Strain bourbon from apple and citrus peels into a cocktail shaker
  • Add remaining ingredients and a handful of ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice and garnish with a sliced JAZZ™ apple!
