envy™ Apple & Chia Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 envy™ apple, cored and grated
- 2 tablespoons toasted chopped nuts or chia seeds
- Fresh seasonal fruits
METHOD
- Combine the oats, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds and almond milk and mix well.
- Then fold through the grated apple and yoghurt.
- Divide the mixture between two jars or serving bowls and chill overnight.
- Top with the toasted nuts and fresh fruits just before serving.
