Granny Smith
Grown in Batlow (NSW) and the Yarra Valley (VIC) these deep, green skinned apples deliver a crunch every time. While popular with baking, our Granny Smith apples deliver superb eating qualities too.
Pink Lady®
Grown in the Yarra Valley and Harcourt (VIC), our Pink Lady® apples are known for having high levels of naturally occurring sugars and a deep pink block colour skin.
These firm apples work well in salads or apple pies.
Royal Gala
Grown in Yarra Valley (VIC) and Legana Tamar Valley (TAS) our Royal Gala apples deliver a deep red skin colour and sweet flavours. Choose Royal Gala for your next apple pie or sauce.
Red Delicious
When it comes to Red Delicious apples, there’s only one place to grow these – Batlow (NSW). These crisp, juicy red skinned apples pair perfectly with salads.
