Competition Terms and Conditions: envy™ Uber Eats competition – 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The promoter is: W.F. Montague pty. ltd., whose registered office is at 10-18 Horswood Rs, Narre Warren North 3804 VIC. ABN 23 004 410 664
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of W.F. Montague pty. ltd. and their immediate families and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are seen above on this page montague.com.au.
  1. Participants are limited to one entry per person.
  2. The promotion commences at 8:00 am AEDT, beginning on the 21st September, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 15th October 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  4. Entry is via this page. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The above form must be completed with accurate personal information.
  5. The prize will be drawn at random on the 16th October at 12.00pm AEDT.  The winner will be notified by phone and sent an email the next business day.
  6. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid.
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  1. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  1. The prize is as follows:

One x Uber Eats online voucher to the value of AU$500.00 in total.

 

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not

transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with

another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prize is not redeemable for cash.

 

  1. One winner will be drawn at random by Montague Australia staff. Address: 14-18 Horswood Road, Narre Warren North VIC 3804.
  2. As an agreement of entry, the winner agrees to have their name and likeness used in conjunction with the announcement of the winner on the @montagueofficial Instagram account story once on the day of the winner being announced. The winner will be announced on the @montagueoffical Instagram account story. They will have five (5) days to respond to claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and redraw for a different winner.

  1. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  2. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
