Main Entrance, 24-hour car park on Horswood Road will be closed:
We are pleased to announce an extensive upgrade and expansion of the 24 Hour Carpark, located on Horswood Road next to the main entrance gates of Lysterfield Park.
As a result of these works, the 24 Hour Carpark will be closed for six weeks from 28 July until 26 September 2020. We apologise for any inconvenience due to the closure and look forward to sharing the greatly improved carpark ready for this summer.
The car park area is being upgraded and expanded in preparation for a new café and pick your own orchard to be launched to the public by Montague this November.
The main entrance to Lysterfield Park will continue to be open from sunrise to sunset 7 days a week. Vehicles can exit the park after hours via one-way spikes.
Please use alternative entrances, such as Churchill National Park, Hallam North Road or Wellington Road for 24-hour carpark access. Visit https://www.parks.vic.gov.au/places-to-see/parks/lysterfield-park
During the carpark closure, horse floats are permitted to park in the temporary designated area within Mahogany carpark inside the park. Horses are only permitted on and east of Logan Park and on the equestrian link trail to Reservoir Road.
