Competition Terms and Conditions: The Orchard at Montague’s 12 Days of Christmas giveaway

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The promoter is: W.F. Montague pty. ltd., whose registered office is at 10-18 Horswood Rd, Narre Warren North 3804 VIC. ABN 23 004 410 664
2. The competition is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over except employees of W.F. Montague pty. ltd. and their immediate families and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via The Orchard at Montague Instagram page (@theorchardatmontague).
6. Participants have unlimited entries.
7. The promotion commences each day at 8:00 am AEDT, beginning on the 1^st December, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 12^th December 2023 (“Promotional Period”). Each day’s competition will be open until 11.59pm AEDT on the same day the post was shared. No further entries for that day’s promotion will be permitted after this cut off.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. Entry is via The Orchard at Montague Instagram page (@theorchardatmontague). The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: A new prize will be offered on each day of the promotion. Participants will need to like the post and tag one person in the comments section of the post. Both people must be following @theorchardatmontague and @montagueofficial on Instagram. Participants are able to tag as many people as they choose.

Each giveaway ends at 11.59pm AEDT on the day it was posted.  The winner will be sent a direct message the next business day.

Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prizes are as follows:

Day 1 prize: $300 Stella’s Kitchen lunch for 4 people. Opens on 1st December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 1 December, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 2nd December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 2 prize: 2x Village Cinemas Gold Class tickets. Opens on 2nd December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 2nd December, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 3^rd December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 3 prize: Family of 4 pass to Pick Your Own Fruit & orchard Tour and seasonal fruit basket. Opens on 3rd December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 3rd December, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 4th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 4 prize: 1 month Happy Melon Yoga Studios online subscription. Opens on 4th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 4th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 5th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 5 prize: 24-pack of Montague Cider and fruit box. Opens on 5th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 5th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 6th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 6 prize: afternoon tea for 2 at Stella’s Kitchen. Opens on 6th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 6th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 7th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 7 prize: 2x tickets to Love Actually live at Hamer Hall. Opens on 7th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 7th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 8th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 8 prize: 3x Cookbooks (Authors: Alice Zaslavsky; Julia Ostro). Opens on 8th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 8th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 9th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 9 prize:$100 gift card to Mud Australia. Opens on 9th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 9th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 10th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 10 prize: Family of 4x pass to BBC Earth Experience. Opens on 10th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 10th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 11th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 11 prize: Frank Green 1L drink bottle, reusable cup and Monista Christmas tea. Opens on 11th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 11th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 12th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

Day 12 prize: 1x 12-month print and digital subscription to Delicious Magazine. Opens on 12th December, 2023 at 8am AEDT, and closes 12th Dec, 2023 11:59pm AEDT. Winner will be chosen on 13th December 2023 by 5pm AEDT.

The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

13. Winners will be chosen by Montague Australia staff at random.
14. As an agreement of entry, the winner agrees to have their name and likeness used in conjunction with the announcement of the winner on the @theorchardatmontague Instagram account story once on the day of the winner being announced. They will also be notified via direct message on Instagram and will have five (5) days to respond to claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner/forfeit the prize.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

Some prizes will be available for delivery, while others will need to be collected by the winner from Bill’s Orchard Gate (18 Horswood Rd, Narre Warren North 3804 VIC. Each post will specify whether the prize will be available for delivery or only for pickup. The cost of the delivery will be paid for by the promoter.

Montague has no control over any delays experienced as a result of the demand faced by Australia Post during the Christmas period.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
