- PREP TIME: 15 minutes
- SERVES: 2-4
- Divide plums into 8 wedges & discard seeds.
- Heat a grill pan to hot & reduce heat to medium. Grill plum wedges for 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, add rocket leaves, onion, plums & walnuts. In a seperate bowl combine olive oil & verjuice.
- Just before serving, gently toss through the olive oil & verjuice to coat all ingredients. Serve on a large platter with the walnuts & goats cheese sprinkled over the top.
